A suggested topic is whether you believe IQ testing (for job applications) should be allowed.

I believe that we should not use IQ testing for any job interviews/applications. Firstly, an IQ test is not a totally accurate depiction of one's true knowledge. IQ tests generally deal with the logical side of the brain, however a person born with a low IQ can still study and gain knowledge. As such, if IQ tests are used to determine if a person should get a job or not, the person with a higher IQ might not be as knowledgable on the subject as the one with a lower IQ.

Also, a job might require more than a high IQ. It highly depends on the scope of the job, and there are few jobs that require a high IQ for a person to excel in the job. Therefore, we should not have IQ testing for job applications and should stick to the conventional methods.
